I am always rushing around and don’t have time to waste, and I was delighted to last week discover the awesome Business Lunch that the team at The Maslow Hotel have just launched.

Designed for busy folk like me, the Business Lunch is available Monday to Friday from 12h00 – 16h00 and follows a quick and easy concept.

Arrive and get seated, order your drinks and main course. Head over the “Harvest table” which is filled with yummy salads and delicious nibbles like quiches and freshly made rolls, and dish up.

By the time you get back to your table your drinks will be there and you can start with your meeting. The main courses are usually out within 15 minutes maximum, allowing you to eat and finish up your meeting in roughly an hour. Smart, right?

I enjoyed my Chicken Breast Medallions with Pipperade Salsa very much and other guests at the table enjoyed their Chalmer Sirloin Medallions and the Prawn Quesdilla’s were also a hit. The food is light, and the portions substantial, but not so heavy that all you want to do is have a snooze, when you actually have to go back to the office to work.

Now it doesn’t always need to be a rush, you can stay as long as you like and even order some yummy desserts as well, if you have the time.

The lunch also includes a complimentary shuttle service within a 3-5 km radius, you will just need to contact he hotel in advance and order it.
