Summer is here and from now until 5 November, Cresta Shopping Centre has been transformed in to an extravaganza of food, art, entertainment, fashion and fun for the whole family at the Cresta Lifestyle Fair. Escape the ordinary and explore a carefully curated showcase of Cresta’s finest offerings in local and international products and produce including the latest in Summer fashion and homeware trends.
The Lifestyle Fair shows how Cresta Shopping Centre is more than just a shopping destination but an all-round entertainment experience where families and friends can ‘Imagine More’ with every visit. With its multitude of shopping options and Food and Entertainment Court, Cresta Shopping Centre is the perfect host for a Summer celebration.
Cresta guests can get ready to impress at those long lazy lunches and family dinners by taking part in a Gourmet Food Pairing workshop by Great South African Bake Off judge, Chef Tjaart Walraven, who will guide you through the do’s and don’t of flavour combinations teaching you how to make and prepare some great Summer snacks.
Each event will guide guests through a delectable Wine and food exploration with tips to make your Summer soiree stand out with the perfect pairings of light cuisines and beverages. The Garden Party section of the Fair is a celebration of the finest home and décor trends showcasing beautiful Summer décor and fashion items from Cresta’s tenants, in a relaxing and enchanting setting. The Garden Party is designed with homemakers and hosts in mind as Cresta exhibits a plethora of hosting and décor tips to ensure that you’re well equipped to throw the perfect garden party this Summer.
Kids and families can explore the magical world of the Manhattan #RealSweetMoments experience where they’ll be able to toast their own marshmallows, enjoy mini hot air balloon and finger puppets making, go on an adventure with Ms Marshmallow and friends, plus take photos in the mini hot air balloon photo set. For creative fun for the whole family you can book in at the Art Jamming Art Studio for an afternoon filled with arts.
Give your social media feed a Spring clean with lots of selfie opportunities or explore our Trick Art zone for more Insta-sharing magic.
