It’s hard to believe that Reveel has been up and running for less than 18 months, yet even as we emerge from the lockdown that has placed South African business on hold for the last few months, the business is set to make huge strides into the out of home advertising realm in South Africa.
Driving around, it is easy to spot their unique and forward-thinking digital and static sites located in prime locations from Sandton, to Hyde Park and Fourways, as well as Soweto and the Johannesburg CBD. Add to that sites in Cape Town, Umhlanga and Nelspruit and you get a sense that this team has had a busy few months.
What is clearly very noticeable and striking is not only the quality of the digital screens themselves but the additional thought and effort that had gone into the design of the cladding around these screens.
The overall look and feel is appealing to the eye and is clearly noticeable, it would be almost impossible for the thousands of daily motorists and pedestrians to pass it by unnoticed when the levels of traffic start to normalize as SA move through the lockdown levels over the coming months.
“The lockdown has affected the rollout of the final look and feel of some of our screens, but we expect to be able to showcase most of the final products before the end of July and are excited to take unique OOH (out of home) assets to the market,” says Tyron Martin, sales director of Reveel.
“Whilst the last few weeks have definitely had their challenges, we have cherished the time at home with our families and also the opportunity to take a breath and prepare ourselves for what we expect to be a busy next few months. We believe Reveel is really well-positioned to be able to offer high-quality sites not just from a location point of view, but from a quality and overall look and feel point of view as well”, adds Martin.
