The new Heritage breakfast menu boasts several mouth-watering options such as eggs benedict, omelettes, smoothies and granola bowls from 10h00 – 12h00 daily. For lunch you will be spoiled for choice with classic dishes such as hearty burgers, classic fish & chips, platters to share and freshly shucked oysters, available daily from 12h00 to 18h00.

Complementing the comfort style food is a variety of must try wine tasting options available at The Bistro. The popular nougat tasting has been rejuvenated with delicious new flavour combinations. Now you can enjoy the popular, easy drinking Angels Tears wines with pistachio & apricot, passion fruit, smokey almond & raspberry and dark chocolate truffle nougat. The tasting pairs these handmade nougat delights with each of the four wines in the range, offered daily at The Bistro for R120 per person.

Take a walk down memory lane to the origins of this landmark Franschhoek wine estate with the new Heritage Experience. This tasting pairs a selection of Grande Provence and Angels Tears wines with four traditional Cape canapés such as Bobotie samosas and malva pudding. The pairing is available at R170 per person.

Another stylish spring experience is a marriage of Grande Provence Méthode Cap Classique and three uniquely-dressed West Coast oysters. The Cap Classique & Oyster pairing is served from the oyster bar under majestic oaks in the estate’s magnificent Sculpture Garden at R180 per person. Enjoy daily happy hour oysters at the oyster bar between 17h00 – 18h00 for only R10 each.
