The ultimate health, wellness and fitness Festival, FIBO Global Fitness Africa, presented by Dis-Chem Pharmacies returns to the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg from 25 to 27 October 2019.

Last year’s festival was an overwhelming success with over 6 500 attendees through its doors, and over 100 fitness and health exhibitors interacting with the public and professionals alike. The Ticketpro Dome became a playground for fitness enthusiasts and professionals to network, seek out the latest wellness concepts and innovations, and further their knowledge in the fitness industry.

Throughout the three days at FIBO Global Fitness Africa 2018, 61 Free Fitness classes were hosted, 22 speakers shared first-hand experience in health, wellness and fitness, 20 delicious food demonstrations and 17 athleisure fashions brands were showcased.

Returning to FIBO Global Fitness Africa 2019 will be the universally popular MiFitness Games which last year hosted 330 competing athletes as well as the various focused Fit Zones including FitMOVE, FitFOOD and FitWEAR. We will also be introducing some new and exciting Zones to cater for the interests of individuals passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

This year’s festival will be raising the bar a few notches higher with several updated exhibits and programs including a massive Dis-Chem Village offering the best “FIBO ONLY SPECIALS” in healthy living supplements and nutrition.

This year the FIBO team are delighted to announce the introduction of The FIBO FORCE where FIBO Africa will be following the fitness journeys of ordinary South Africans seeking a healthier lifestyle. These will include The Bros, The Ladies, The New Mom , The Mom-To-Be and The Couple. Each will be given a FIBO Power Pack of trainers, nutritionists and life coaches to assist them to reach their fitness goals
