I get exposed to different leaders of the hospitality industry. It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to learn from another person, it only helps me grow as an individual.

It is definitely possible to have it all! A woman can have a successful career, and have a healthy personal life at the same time. It is all about prioritising and making sure that you give enough time to both aspects in life.

Silverstar has provided me with the opportunity for phenomenal growth. I studied at the University of Johannesburg and completed my work-integrated learnership at Silverstar Hotel. I hold all of the opportunities I have had dear to my heart.

I realised that your age, background etc. does not matter. If you work hard, then you will reap the benefits.

Stay positive and humble. I also believe you should never go to sleep when you are angry – this has taught me the importance of forgiveness and how precious life really is.

Work hard and appreciate what you have. Make sure that you practise grit on the path that you choose for yourself, then everything will fall into place.
