One of my fave spots, Silverstar, have just upped the anti once again and I adore the fact they not only keep innovating, but make sure that they always offer the best entertainment, casino promo’s and dining specials, like, ever!

Last week I got to head over to Silverstar and check out their new massive complex-wide promotion called Go Big which will literally super-size all your favourite Silverstar attractions for maximum entertainment. Yes please!

The Go Big madness isn’t limited to the casino floor – you will get larger than life deals on food, sports matches on the piazza, relaxation at Soulstice Day spa and even great shows!

Eat Big

Sporting some amazing restaurants on the square, Silverstar have everything you need for a yummy meal! Aarya is one of my personal faves and seeing how cold the weather has gotten this is a hands-down winner with chicken, soup and samosa dishes which will have you ready for more – Chef Deena Naidoo’s superbly crafted menu is always a winner (PS – I adore his Butter Chicken Curry, it is one of my faves, btw!!)

Until 25 August 2018, Vigour & Verve have a BIG maple bacon pizza on the menu, alongside the substantial Breakfast Club Sandwich… While you enjoy your sizeable dish, order an extra-large cappuccino to match.

Publicity is the perfect pit-stop for that pre-game, mid-game, or post-game beer, with 3L beer towers, 1L draughts, BIG beef burgers and hearty Texan steaks on special.

Col’Cacchio’s ‘I Love Twosday’ special has couples (and singles with BIG appetites) flowing through their doors – order any pizza or pasta and get a second pizza or pasta for FREE.

Calistos is the West Rand’s go-to Portuguese hotspot, even hotter these days with their new selection of chicken and prawn specials.

Laugh Big…

With some of the most hilarious local comedians on-circuit at the moment, Silverstar’s comedy offering will have you in tears of sheer laughter. From Tumi Morake, Celeste Ntuli, to Jonathan from Radio Raps – there’s something for everyone to find hilarious.

Play Big!

The Square at Silverstar has been transformed to accommodate a huge amount of fun for all ages – think giant Tic Tac Toe, 5-In-A-Row, Battle Ships, Stick Gravity and Inflatable Twister. Alongside these super-sized activities, roller-blading and ice skating will guarantee kids have a massively exciting day. Even more exciting, though, is the gigantic jumping castle section, which kids gain access to for only R50 per person.

Shout Big

Football fans can cheer on their favourite world cup teams in the Ballroom at Silverstar Centre, as it has been transformed in to a footie lovers paradise. Grab your spot for the semi-finals on Tuesday, 10 July and Wednesday, 11 July 2018, as well as the finals on Sunday, 15 July 2018. Make sure you get there early – entrance is free but seating is limited!!

Win Big

Spin Big and Win Big this winter as the casino floor heats up with massive weekly car draws which could see you driving away in a brand-new ride. Additionally, money shower opportunities from 7 July to 14 August 2018 means that you could grab your share of the Go Big goodness, with your very own hands…and you’ll also get to Spin the Wheel between 26 June and 22 August 2018 for a chance to win an incredible trip to the Seychelles!

Save Big

There are loads of discounts on movie tickets (up to an incredible 50%!), laser tag and ten-pin bowling (enquire at The Magic Company).

The Barnyard Theatre Silverstar invites you to enjoy the Eat, Drink, Dance package, an ideal option for groups of friends, or couples who want to do something different on date night. Don’t miss We Are The Champions and Big Top Rock performing at this ever-energised theatre in July.

Relax Big
