The Macallan 15 year. Was the first dram that truly opened my senses to the amazing world of whisky. I build the night up to going to the Macallan stand. Regarding its taste, the predominant bourbon cask sticks out and gives it that bourbon appeal that is trending. I hope to enjoy this moment again at whisky live this year!
Please Pick Me!
With all thats on offer, its really hard to choose one! But my top pick would have to be a Macallan, definitely something you don’t want to miss.
Also Bains for something local, and the top in its class globally!!
I would love to taste Blanton’s Single Barrel, Dewar’s and West Cork.

My Irish-Canadian Uncle was horrified I only had scotch in my cupboard so need to explore more whiskEys. I hope they have Redbreast Lustau!
I simply have to be there to, hopefully, taste Johnny Walker Blue Label. I am an avid whisky drinker who loves my Jameson, but I would love to taste the Johnny Walker Blue Label, which I normally cannot afford… 🙂
Macallan 18 year old
Monkey shoulder or Jameson without a doubt! Also looking forward to trying a new selection of whisky’s.
Jameson for sure!
I really enjoy the Classic Laddie from bruichladdich distillery. Perhaps I will discover a new favorite at The Whisky Live Celebration this year.
Scallywag from Speyside – as a Scot, my grandpa always called me a Scallywag and always wished he could have a terrier by his side. I personally think it will be lovely because the Christmas pudding under tones will remind me of the days sipping whisky with my grandpa.
I would love to taste all the Irish Whiskey
Jameson is always a winner! This would be a great night out.
Congrats, I have sent you an email! HH
This is for my husband. Afraid I can’t look at any whiskey without reliving a very bad experience 🙂 He on the other hand looooves his Jameson and any Irish come to think of it.
I’m very excited to try Tullamore Dew because I’ve heard that it’s a peat lover’s dream! You can’t go wrong with an Irish whisky – and there’s nothing like the luck of the Irish ?
Well, call me a one trick pony, but I do enjoy a Johny Walker Blue or Platinum Label. It’s sophisticated, smooth and well rounded.
A single malt! And I would love to know about the different ways to drink it. Some people mix with lemon others on the rocks. This could be very interesting!!
Congrats! I have sent you an email!! HH
Obviously I live under a rock. I have yet to experience firsthand what all the fuss regarding the Macallan really is all about.
