What a quaint little restaurant located in Boskruin. Seats possibly 25 people max, but is more of a pop in and grab a fresh meal kind of place.

The outdoor deck is lovely to sit and relax with the newspaper over breakfast on a weekend morning, and the service is attentive.

Inside finds fridges and shelves stocked to the brim. The fridges are packed full of yummy fresh sandwiches and wraps – including a banting wrap too (which only stay in there for an hour and a half before being replaced with new ones) fresh juices, smoothies and muesli and yoghurt pots) while the shelves stock healthy protein bars, fresh honey and the likes.

The ethos of Gorge is to support local farmers, so all produce stocked and used is from small producers, which means that sometimes items may not always be available all the time, but this leads to getting creative with their menu.

If you have a bit more time, why not order off the larger chalkboard menu. Delicious burgers, a homemade mac and cheese, as well as a variety of salads, filled croissants, milk shakes, craft coffee and healthy snack pots await you.

Gorge delivers to the surrounding office parks as well, which is a booming business for them, and to be honest I think coming here would be quicker than standing in the queue at Woolworths every lunch time.

They also have a branch in Kramerville, and are constantly expanding – certainly worth a visit. You can also earn loyalty point on their app – yes!
